Sharon L. Markowitz, Esq.

Sharon L. Markowitz, Esq. graduated from Queens College with a B.A. in Language Arts and she earned her Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law. Sharon graduated with distinction, as she placed ninth in her class and earned the award for the highest grade in Legal Philosophy.

 

Living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania after graduation, Sharon devoted her early years working pro bono in family law and consulting with clients regarding their real estate matters while raising her young children. She moved back to New York where she taught Language Arts and Pre-Law to middle school and high school students. She also worked in marketing and real estate as a real estate sales agent.

 

Sharon joined the Law Offices of Aaron I. Katsman, PC in 2001, where she serves as manager and provides human resource support, including interviewing, hiring, and training over 100 attorneys, paralegals, and support staff for the firm. Sharon regularly travels to Pennsylvania where she continues to assist clients in real estate and elder care. Sharon also travels to lenders throughout the country, teaching New York real estate principles to loan officers and bank managers.
