This was my 1st purchase for an investment property, has I did my Primary Resident a couple years prior and once again the law office of “Law Offices of Aaron I. Katsman, P.C.” and all the staff really came together and made this experience seamless.

They explain any questions or concerns I had and gave me some great advice during this process.

We ended up Closing 2 weeks earlier and I have some custom requests and all my needs was fulfilled at closing.

Closing was scheduled for 2 hours, but we got through everything within less than 45 mins. with the keys in our hand.
