Erica L. Markowitz, Esq.

Erica Markowitz is a real estate attorney, who specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including condominium and cooperative,  single and multifamily homes and new construction, across New York City, Long Island and throughout New York. Erica’s client base includes both investors and developers, along with first time home purchasers and sellers.

 

Ms. Markowitz has a broad range of legal experience; in addition to her real estate practice, Erica was a corporate and securities attorney for Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP and Herrick Feinstein LLP; her practice focused on advising clients on compliance with U.S. securities laws, corporate governance, public securities offerings and cybersecurity.

 

Erica earned a BA/MA in Philosophy from Queens College, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa honor society, and a Juris Doctor from St. John University School of Law. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 2010.
