Judith Gutman is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Aaron I. Katsman in the firm’s transactional real estate department. She represents clients with the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties including coops, condos, multi-family houses, mixed-use properties and new construction developments. Judith also handles corporate formation services.

Judith holds an LL.B. in Civil Law from the Université de Montréal in Canada and an LL.M. in U.S. Legal Studies from St. John’s University School of Law. During law school, she worked as a paralegal in commercial litigation and was editor of the Quebec International Law Journal. She also served as president of the Canadian Jewish Law Students’ Association.

Judith was admitted to the New York bar in 2014 and has a passion for advocating for her clients whether they are first-time home-buyers or seasoned real estate professionals.
