Kristine Thomas, Esq.
Kristine represents clients in residential real estate transactions including the purchase and sale of homes, co-ops, and condos. She also has experience in representing lenders in purchase and refinance transactions. She guides clients from contract to closing, and especially handholds first-time homebuyers in what can be an intimidating process.
She also specializes in representing buyers in the homeownership program offered by Bank of America known as the “Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA)”, which provides mortgages for families and properties in low-to-moderate income neighborhoods.
Kristine graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Political Science, and was part of the Sigma Tau Delta Honor Society. She earned her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
